Gilles Brazey began his career in the multi-technical services sector, where he held executive roles for nearly 40 years within leading European companies in the energy and communications industries.
He joined the SPIE Group, where he notably led SPIE ICS, a Digital Services Company, and became a member of the Executive Committee. He oversaw major growth and transformation operations, including two LBOs, a stock market listing, and numerous acquisitions, strengthening his expertise at the intersection of technical services and digitalization.
Since 2018, he has founded and chaired Armavi Consulting, a strategic consulting firm, and also supported the SNEF Group as a Senior Advisor for six years before joining its Board of Directors.
Throughout his career, he has developed deep experience across various markets – industry, tertiary, infrastructure, telecoms, public and private sectors – in France, Western Europe, and Switzerland. He is recognized as an expert in energy efficiency, maintenance, and digital transformation.
In September 2025, Gilles joined X-PM as a Senior Business Advisor to support the firm’s clients in their transformation projects, particularly in the context of energy and digital transitions.
Gilles Brazey holds degrees from ESTP Paris, the postgraduate program at ISG Paris, and EUA San Francisco.
