Céline Porterie

Céline Porterie began her career in the food industry within major processing and distribution groups, where she developed strong expertise in general management and business unit leadership across the entire value chain, both in France and internationally.

She has held several key positions in demanding industrial and commercial environments. At Labeyrie Fine Foods, where she spent over 18 years, she structured international seafood supply chains (UK, Norway, United States) and opened a China office to support export growth. She then joined Prosol / Grand Frais, where she managed the Seafood BU and led the launch of a major industrial site, strengthening the group’s competitiveness. At Agromousquetaires (Intermarché), she served as Deputy Managing Director of the Seafood Division (€500M revenue, 1,300 employees), leading large-scale industrial and commercial projects.

For over twenty years, she has been supporting high-impact transformations, sustained growth phases, and complex restructurings within the agri-food sector, with a recognized ability to rally teams and build strategic partnerships.

She joined X-PM in October 2025 as a Managing Partner, to lead the firm’s support for food industry players in modernizing their tools, driving digital transformation, expanding internationally, and ensuring the long-term security of their supply chains.

She is a graduate of AgroParisTech and holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
