Didier Borel

Didier Borel began his career by managing plant operations and Purchasing Departments, before moving on to head up cost-cutting operations at automotive supplier profit centers in Europe and the USA (Valeo, Magneti Marelli).

Business Unit Director at Jabil and Vice-President of Operations at Tomtom Automotive, he deployed international teams to manage the entire supply chain. He restructured and developed several profit centers to serve customers on a global basis in the automotive, consumer, rail, medical and industrial sectors.

Since 2015, Didier Borel has been carrying out interim management and transformation projects. He defines and implements ambitious objectives with ADS-OneWeb, Faurecia and Alten, and is also involved in supporting start-ups.

In January 2021, Didier BOREL joins X-PM to take charge of Purchasing and Supply Chain expertise and anticipate the impact of CSR policies on companies.

Didier is an Arts et Métiers engineer, and a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and INSEAD.
