Maryam Velasque began her career in management consulting at KPMG Peat Marwick and then KPMG Consulting, where she supported major players in industry and services in their transformation and development projects.
She continued her career at GE Capital, where she became Chief of Staff and advisor to the President before joining the bank’s executive committee. Initially in charge of Customer Experience, she was then appointed Managing Director of Savings. In this role, she designed and rolled out a high-end savings offering exclusively for high-net-worth clients, marking a key milestone in the bank’s diversification.
In 2016, she joined X-PM, where she rolled out the interim management offering to Financial Services, confirming her role as a pioneer in the development of new and strategic activities to improve organizational performance.
