X-PM, a global reference in interim management and part of the Alixio Group, announces the arrival of Gilles Brazey to its network as Senior Business Advisor. With nearly 40 years of experience in multi-technical services, he will support clients in their transformations related to energy and digital transitions. He joins X-PM’s SBA Circle, which brings together leading executives at the heart of the ecosystems that shape the economy.
With Gilles Brazey’s arrival, X-PM strengthens its ability to address major client challenges: accelerating energy transition, managing digital operations, and leading complex transformation projects.
A mission at the heart of energy and digital transformations
A graduate of ESTP Paris, the postgraduate program at ISG Paris, and EUA San Francisco, Gilles Brazey has held executive roles within leading European multi-technical companies in the energy and communications sectors. His expertise spans all markets—industry, tertiary, infrastructure, telecoms, public and private—in France, Western Europe, and Switzerland.
Former head of SPIE ICS, a Digital Services Company, and member of the Executive Committee of SPIE, he led major growth and transformation initiatives, including two LBOs, a stock market listing, and numerous acquisitions. His dual expertise in technical services and digitalization makes him a recognized expert in energy efficiency, maintenance, and digital transformation.
Since 2018, he has chaired Armavi Consulting, a strategic consulting firm he founded. He also supported the SNEF Group for six years as a Senior Advisor and now serves on its Board of Directors.
