Xavier Véret

Xavier Veret started his career in auditing with Arthur Andersen in 1990, before holding a number of key financial positions within the Valeo Group between 1996 and 2007, including Director of Internal Audit, Executive Vice-President and Director of Group Financial Control.

In 2007, he became Investment Director at LBO France, where he became familiar with the challenges of an investment fund, before taking over the Casino Group’s Management Control department in 2010 and finally Presstalis’ Finance, Purchasing and Information Systems Department in 2013.

Since 2018, Xavier has been involved in a number of high-value transition projects, mainly in business turnaround or high-transformation environments. Since January 2022, Xavier has also been an Independent Director, member of the audit committee and ad hoc committee, of the SMCP Group.

He joined X-PM in September 2023 to reinforce the finance team and bring his experience of turnaround situations.
