X-PM, a global reference in interim management and part of the Alixio Group, announces the appointment of Céline Porterie as Managing Partner. An engineer graduated from AgroParisTech and holder of an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, she brings extensive general management and business unit leadership experience in the food industry, gained at companies such as Agromousquetaires (Intermarché), Prosol / Grand Frais, and Labeyrie Fine Foods. With her unique background and strategic vision, she joins X-PM to support clients through their most critical industrial, digital, and international transformations.
An Expert at the Heart of the Agri-Food Sector’s Transformation
With over 20 years of experience in the agri-food industry, Céline has successfully led complex restructuring projects, driven high-impact transformations, and supported strong growth phases in France and abroad. Her expertise spans the entire value chain — purchasing, production, R&D, sales, and distribution — and is marked by a proven ability to unite teams and build strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
She built her career within major food and retail companies. At Agromousquetaires (Intermarché), she served as Deputy Managing Director of the Seafood Division (€500M turnover, 1,300 employees). At Prosol / Grand Frais, she headed the Seafood Business Unit and led the launch of a major industrial facility, thereby strengthening the group’s competitiveness. Finally, at Labeyrie Fine Foods, where she spent more than 18 years, she structured international seafood supply chains (UK, Norway, United States) and contributed to export development strategies, notably in China.
